About us

The idea for greens was born on a trip to New York in 2016.

One of us stumbled upon a salad bar and thought it was so wonderful to have good fresh ingredients prepared in front of you. It took another 2 years and another visit to one of the salad bars to convince the other half, but in December 2018 it was finally time to open the doors to our own salad bar.
